Diane graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2003 with a degree in Home Economics, a field that provided the skills to fully explore the science of baking, the psychology of food, and the mixology of flavors. This expertise has enabled the creation of the best homemade bakes, each made with love and a nod to the nostalgic tastes of childhood. Gluten free options are available too.
