Cork-based Duhallow Organics is a group of local organic farmers who produce and sell quality food directly to the public. All our meat and eggs meet the highest animal welfare standards. Our produce is available online, at local farmers markets and from host shops around the Duhallow region.

Audited for organic compliance by the Irish Organic Association (IOA License No. 7799). 

Our speciality is Dexter organic beef, which is grass-fed, slow-grown and matured for up to 30 days.  It is then carefully cut to perfection by local craft butchers. It is available fresh or frozen.

Traceability – All our meat is completely traceable back to birth.

Grass Fed & Finished – It takes longer but produces tastier beef and lamb with a healthier Omega 3 and Omega 6 profile.

Dry Aged – Our target is 30 days for beef and ten days for lamb to produce tastier, more tender meat.
